Our Learning Management System (LMS) is a proprietary platform to facilitate self-directed learning for all Team Members at all levels. It’s a rich desktop learning environment covering onboarding, client/job-specific webinars, general customer care workshops and more. You will be encouraged to plot an ambitious career path at Optima and to use the LMS to upskill your way through it!
